Kaleen joined PMI in 2021 to lead organizational strategy for PMI’s 80,000 employees globally and took on her current role as Chief People & Culture Officer of PMI’s U.S. business in 2023. Before PMI, she was a social scientist and academic who worked in various public and social sector roles, spending a decade with NGOs and government institutions globally. She transitioned to the private sector in 2008 to learn a new toolkit for change, and became an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company, and later a Managing Vice President at Capital One. Kaleen holds a master’s and PhD from the University of Oxford.
